Arvada Letter Mystery Solved

A few posts back we called Scooby and his friends to help uncover the Mystery of the Private Investor Letters. Well, I'm happy to report that the case is solved and the Arvada residents who live along the proposed Gold Line lightrail can get back to their lives.

Scooby and Shaggy didn't need to get involved. A resident and founder of Colorado Property Rights Coalition, Tom Wambolt admitted to distribution of the questioned letters. The letters were not letters at all, but actually fliers that brought up questions of eminent domain. The fliers did not state that resident's homes were in danger. Nor did they claim to buy the properties. What the Colorado Property Rights Coalition did intend was to raise awareness of eminent domain.

In reality the Line will claim a few commercial properties--also not something to ignore. Learn more about the Colorado Property Rights.
